KP Polyolefin Sacks has a state-of-the-art manufacturing unit located near Krishnapatnam Port, in Nellore Andhra Pradesh – one of the largest and fastest growing ports in South India. A hi-tech production plant, it has immense potential in terms of logistics given its proximity and strategic location.
To cope up with the growing demand for the product category, KP Sacks has the capacity to process 900 Mt of PP/HDPE granules every month, which translates to 9 million linear meters of basic PP/HDPE fabric.
The plant is fully equipped with the backup power to ensure work happens seamlessly without stoppage.
EXTRUDERS (PP/HDPE STRETCHING LINES)
We have 2 advanced extruder machines which are based on the latest extrusion technology consisting of an imported dye to produce different kinds of tapes from 500 to 1500 denier in any given colour. The extruders are from Lohia Starlinger Ltd. that produces the finest quality of tapes along with environment friendly operations.
The Key features of this plant include self-cleaning screen changer, integrated melt pressure pump 6 Station Slitter, Combined Stretching and Annealing unit. The tapes produced from this plant with have excellent physical and mechanical properties.
LAMINATION
The facility has the latest tandem coating machine from JP extrusion tech to laminate PP/HDPE fabric. The lamination machine is tandem-type with double extruders to ensure both sides of the fabric can be laminated simultaneously. The unwinding and winding units are driven by semi-automatic tension controls and have winding after lamination. The fabric laminated from this machine has excellent bonding qualities.

CIRCULAR WEAVING MACHINE
This new generation circular weaving machine with 6 shuttle from LOHIA STARLINGER LIMITED is designed to weave fabric suitable for a variety of applications like Packing of Plastic Granules, Fertilizer Chemicals, Cement, Sugar and Tarpaulin, etc. Additionally, these machines have an option to produce Anti-slip fabric. Weaving of fabric size ranges from 480 mm to 860 mm.

ONLINE PRINTING & BCS MACHINES
The facility has one 8-colour printing machine suitable for printing 1.5 lakh bags per day and three 6-colour printing machines which can print 50,000 bags per day per machine. The 8-colour printing machine can print the ‘Bharat’ logo on all Fertilizer bags.
We have also suitable BCS machines from Lohia to cut and stitch the printed fabric into bags.
PRINTING AND BAILING PRESS
The facility is equipped with a Hydraulic Baling Press for Pressing PP/HDPE bags to minimize the volume for convenient packaging & transporting purposes.
Cement bag manufacturing machine.
The facility has one 8-colour printing machine suitable for printing 1.5 lakh bags per day and three 6-colour printing machines which can print 50,000 bags per day per machine. The 8-colour printing machine can print the ‘Bharat’ logo on all Fertilizer bags.
